Don’t miss the chance to tour Parkside Row & Monument Walk during Homearama!

Simms Development is thrilled that two of our neighborhoods, Parkside Row & Monument Walk, are part of the 2017 Homearama presented by The Home Builders Association of Dayton.

Located at 803 Brownstone Row in the very desirable City of Springboro, Parkside Row offers maintenance-free 2- and 3- bedroom townhomes with two-car attached garages. Our new model, The Brownstone, opens in June, and is a gorgeous 3-story townhome you’ll love! The buildings feature unique styling, with brick exteriors and classic architectural details. Each townhome includes an innovative open floorplan, a 17′ x 10′ wood deck, and so much more! This upscale walkable community offers plenty of community open space, walking paths, parks, and a fountain. Plus, it’s just a short walk to shops & restaurants at Village Park, the Marketplace at Settlers Walk, or the vibrant Austin Landing nearby!

Monument Walk is located at 104 Monument Avenue in the Theater District at Monument and Ludlow Streets in Downtown Dayton. This eminently walkable community features just 16 spacious, 4-story luxury townhomes. Each has between 3,227 and 3,470 sq. ft of living space, with three bedrooms, a two-car heated garage, and a fourth level that is an open-air city room with views of the river. Monument Walk features a distinctive look, and each townhome includes an innovative open floorplan, a covered porch, a wood deck, and so much more! This stylish and sophisticated community offers a community mini park with a fountain, plus it is close to restaurants, the river, and all the important and exciting stops in Downtown Dayton.

Beginning Friday, July 21st and ending Sunday, August 6th, this year’s show will feature an interesting variety of new homes and communities throughout the Miami Valley. Homearama will allow prospective homeowners to enjoy the quality and craftsmanship of our homes, while highlighting the latest amenities, design trends and home technology.

Tickets are available for Homearama, and can be purchased online through the DaytonHomearama.com website, the Dayton Homearama mobile app or at local Kroger stores. Tickets are good for the entirety of the show, July 21-August 6, 2016. For more information, please contact info@hbadayton.com.

We look forward to seeing you during 2017 Homearama!
