Simms Development is pleased to report that the recently concluded 2017 Homearama was a huge success! Monument Walk had over 1200 visitors, while Parkside Row had over 1100!

This year’s Homearama, presented by The Home Builders Association of Dayton, featured an interesting variety of new homes and communities throughout the Miami Valley. It allowed prospective homeowners to enjoy the quality and craftsmanship of many different homes, while highlighting the latest trends in amenities, design and home technology.

The overall response to the Simms homes was fantastic. According to Monument Walk’s sales agent, Sharon Hansford, “We were so proud to be able to show our spectacular Dunbar model during Homearama. Comments ranged from ‘the most beautiful home on the tour’, to ‘quality, workmanship and detail beyond belief!’”

Sharon also notes that many people compared Monument Walk to urban townhomes in Washington, DC or New York City, and were impressed to find something like it in Dayton. “The City Room received rave reviews,” she said. “Visitors loved the open-air space, with its amazing views of the river, the church and other buildings that surround our location.”
