We are happy to announce that Simms Development model homes are now back to being open 7 days a week!  We are working on the opening of Center Street Townes in Downtown Springfield and will be ready to view in August 2020.

It has been a difficult spring for many people and we did take some time off from our model homes being staffed.   Although, we were only open 5 days a week for the months of March, April, and May, we were able to sell homes!  We did have one homeowner virtually do everything they needed to buy the home.  We set a few Facetime appointments with the homeowner and even did selections with them!

We know the real estate industry technology has jumped years ahead in just a few short months.  We at Simms Development are equipped to do all aspects of building your home virtually if needed and will still deliver the same great home you have come to expect.
