My wife and I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you and your company put into Twin Lakes West. We love our Placid.

From the first time we came in to see the model, Stephanie, Trina and Phyllis made us feel welcome. The quality of work that went into our condo was above and beyond our expectations. We love the hardwood flooring throughout the main level. We love the cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen, as well.

Since we have moved in, we feel like we live at a resort. We have the best neighbors anybody could ask for. The pool is wonderful. Just feels surreal.
We just put in landscaping off the back patio, which just adds to our new home. We Love It!!

It has been a joy to work with Mr. Simms and his staff of fine professionals. They receive an A+ for customer service and they take every issue seriously, whether small or large. But to be honest, there have been no large issues. My unit is built with excellence and care.
