The Cottages of Beavercreek Welcomes A Dog Park

Charles Simms Development knows that not every member of your household walks on two legs. For the dog lovers at one of our most popular maintenance-free communities, we’re making room for the canine companions to have a place of their own. We’re pleased to announce that The Cottages of Beavercreek welcomes a dog park to the community to be opened this summer!

We designed the single-level homes in this neighborhood to be spacious enough to accommodate your lifestyle, and that has to include your dog! The new fenced-in dog park provides room for your pet to run around and play with their furry neighbors. Give yourself a break from holding onto a leash and let your pup play. We’ve included a faucet for giving the dogs the water they need after a good run and disposal bags for when they leave a little more behind than they came with. Also inside the dog park will be comfortable benches where residents can relax, catch up with neighbors, and meet new members of the community.

“We recognized that more and more homeowners are moving to our communities with their dogs,” explains Robi Simms, Vice President of Sales and marketing. “Our goal has always been to give our residents the benefit of stress-free living that adds value, and a dog park certainly fits here.”

The Cottages at Beavercreek features energy-efficient, cottage-style ranch homes in a scenic location. The community is situated off County Line Road in Beavercreek, near the popular town center, The Greene. The two-bedroom, two-bath homes include a smartly designed interior that ranges from 1,012 to 1,463 square feet. The Cape Cod and Nantucket floor plans include a covered rear patio, another place to give your dog some fresh air. We currently have a few new homes available for quick move-in, just in time for the spring and summer walks with your dog! If you’re looking for a dog-friendly community near Dayton, check out at the included features for The Cottages at Beavercreek and contact us to schedule a personal tour. Bring your dog, of course!
