December 6, 2011, 5:PM--Patterson Square streetscape at twilight reflects the warmth of the brick, the private walled courtyards and an inviting elevation. Two homeowners have moved in, marking the true beginning of the Patterson Square community.

December 6, 2011, 4:00 PM--Ribbon cutting on the new model home took place despite some cloudy skies. City officials were among the well wishers who toured the model and enjoyed this significant milestone of success.
31, 2011, 11:00 AM: Ten Homes Sold!
The first closing is just weeks away. Brick is completed, blacktop and
landscaping is in, and interior finishes are well underway.

April 28, 2011---At 11:00 AM this morning, Builder Charlie Simms and
Superintendent Mark Perkins
installed the new sign for Patterson Square,
the newest development in Downtown Dayton.
