When you rent an apartment through Simms Management you automatically are signed up and qualify for rent equity under the guidelines of the program!

This program credits you $100 of every monthly rental payment you make, to a maximum of $2,000, towards your purchase of a new condo constructed by Charles Simms Development.

Your lease will be automatically terminated when you close on your new home!
Break your lease at anytime when you are ready to buy!
