From the first time we came in to see the model, Stephanie, Trina and Phyllis made us feel welcome. The quality of work that went into our condo was above and beyond our expectations. We love the hardwood flooring throughout the main level. We love the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen, as well.

Since we have moved in, we feel like we live at a resort. We have the best neighbors anybody could ask for. The pool is wonderful. Just feels surreal.

We just put in landscaping off the back patio, which just adds to our new home. We Love It!!

I’m finally moved in for the most part. I wanted to send you a quick note regarding how appreciative I was of all you did for me . . . You lived up to the name I’ve heard from many about Simms being the type of company that will go out of their way to take care of someone and the result has been amazing.

I’ve told a lot of people . . . just how much you went out of your way to make sure this all went through.

I absolutely love the new place (as do both of my roommates – one is already here and the other is trying to move in earlier than originally planned now). We installed some dimmers over the weekend and a new TV on the wall and everything is simply breathtaking together. I’ve already had a lot of compliments and we haven’t even had the moving in party yet!

Do you know when the 30 day walk through is? If possible, I would like to do it on a Saturday. To be honest, there isn't much to address. My father was out here two weeks ago (he is a builder and generally critical of other builders) and he was very impressed by the quality of work. He made the comment that you just don't see this type of quality anymore. He was very impressed on the construction of the decks (no posts). The lights are in the two guest bedrooms and look great. I'm happy with the house.

Dear Mr. Simms,

  I know that you are a busy man and may not get a chance to read this email. I wanted to spend a minute thanking you for the homes that you have built. I live at Spinnaker Cove apartments. I have been living here for two years and just signed my third lease. This place has made a home for my son and I. My son is seven years old and I had him when I was sixteen. I wanted to beat the odds and make my son proud.

Every time I drive into this complex and open my door, I can't believe that this is where I call home. The Twin Lakes condos are my dream and I admire them every time I drive. I'm so excited that you offer the rent equity program. It gives me hope that one day I can take the next step and own my home. My son is getting older and my next goal is to get my family into one of those condos. This may be out of the ordinary but I teach my son that it is important to thank those around you who impact your lives. So, Mr Simms thank you from my son and I.
